Nebula Funding Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the Nebula Funding Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. This agreement (“Agreement”) governs your relationship with Nebula Funding (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) as an affiliate and outlines the terms under which you may promote our services.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Maintain an active affiliate account in good standing.
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Nebula Funding affiliate, you agree to:

• Use only approved marketing materials provided by the Company.
• Refrain from making unverified claims, misrepresentations, or misleading statements regarding the Company’s services.
• Avoid promoting on websites or platforms that engage in illegal, inappropriate, or deceptive activities.
• Represent our brand accurately and professionally.

Failure to comply may result in termination from the Program.

4. Affiliate Link and Promotion

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique referral link. This link is exclusively assigned to you for tracking referrals and calculating commissions. You agree to:

• Use your unique referral link solely to promote Nebula Funding.
• Not alter or modify your referral link.
• Refrain from bidding on or purchasing keywords containing the Nebula Funding name or variations thereof.

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission based on the successful referrals generated through their unique link, according to the following tiers:

Tier 1: Celestial Scout | 10% Commission

Description: New affiliates launch as Celestial Scouts, earning a 10% commission on each qualifying referral from day one.

• Eligibility: Automatically applied upon joining the program.
• Requirements: 1 - 249 clients

Tier 2: Orbital Pathfinder | 12% Commission

Description: Affiliates advancing to Orbital Pathfinder status earn a 12% commission, rewarded for consistently generating new clients and adding value to the Nebula Funding network.

• Requirements: 250 - 499 referrals

Tier 3: Stellar Voyager | 15% Commission

Description: Stellar Voyagers achieve a 15% commission rate, recognizing their dedication to expanding the Nebula Funding network and their exceptional referral performance.

• Requirements: 500 - 999 referrals

Tier 4: Cosmic Conqueror | 20% Commission

Description: Cosmic Conquerors unlock a 20% commission, marking them the elite affiliates within the Nebula Funding universe. Their exceptional efforts are rewarded with our prestigious Galactic Award—an exclusive recognition for their monumental contribution to our network - a Free $200k Challenge Account.

• Requirements: 1,000+ referrals

Commission terms are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated in writing.

6. Payment Terms

• Commissions will be paid monthly, provided that the minimum payout threshold of [$100.00] is reached.
• Payments are made via crypto or BTW.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details; we are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect or outdated information.

7. Tracking and Reporting

Nebula Funding will make reasonable efforts to accurately track and report all referrals and commissions through the affiliate dashboard. We are not liable for any technical issues, delays, or failures in tracking that may result in commission discrepancies.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in the following:

• Spam: Affiliates may not send unsolicited messages (email, SMS, etc.) to promote the Program.
• Trademark Violations: Affiliates may not use Nebula Funding’s trademarks in any unauthorized way, including purchasing branded keywords or domains.
• Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not promote on websites or platforms that contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

• Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not artificially inflate tracking cookies or engage in similar practices.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use the marketing materials provided by Nebula Funding, including logos, banners, and text links, solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination from the Program.

10. Termination

Nebula Funding reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease using all promotional materials and referral links associated with the Program.
• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited, depending on the reason for termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes by email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nebula Funding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the last 12 months.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the US.

14. Miscellaneous

• Independent Contractors: Participation in the Program does not create any form of partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the affiliate and Nebula Funding.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service represent the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program.
